- Your individual claim. We do not handle claims or give advice on them. Your lender decides what, if anything, you are owed under the FCA scheme.
- Finding your agreement. Your lender holds your agreement details. The FCA's list of lenders gives contact details and template complaint letters, and a credit reference agency can show past finance on your credit file.
- Chasing your lender. If your lender is slow or you disagree with its answer, the Financial Ombudsman Service is free to use.
You can claim for free. You do not need a claims management company or a law firm to complain about car finance commission or to take part in the FCA's redress scheme. You can complain to your lender yourself, and if you are unhappy with the answer, the Financial Ombudsman Service is free to use.
4. Adverts on this site
We do not show adverts. If you see an advert that claims to be from us, or a claims firm using our name, tell us at contact@carfinanceclaimcalculator.uk with the page address and, if you can, a screenshot. You can also complain to the Advertising Standards Authority.
5. Messages we will never send
We will never phone, text or email you out of the blue to say you are owed car finance compensation, and we will never ask for your bank details or an upfront fee. If someone contacts you claiming to be us, do not reply. Forward the details to contact@carfinanceclaimcalculator.uk.
6. Your data when you contact us
