Questions Close Brothers customers ask
Can I complain if my deal ended years ago?
Yes. Finished agreements count. The main exception is a high-commission-only case that ended before 26 March 2020 with clear commission disclosure, which the FCA treats as likely time-barred.
What if two claims firms signed me up?
Close Brothers pauses the complaint until you confirm one representative, or confirm you will handle it yourself.
Is Close Brothers challenging the scheme?
No. The challengers are three other lenders and the consumer group Consumer Voice.
