What a Black Horse estimate shows
The result is a range under the published rules, not an offer from Black Horse. It falls to £0 in these cases (CONRED 5.2.19R and 5.4.6R):
- total commission of £150 or less (£120 for deals before 1 April 2014)
- an APR of 0%
- an APR at or below that year's 5th percentile, unless very high commission came with a DCA or tie
Questions Black Horse customers ask
My deal was HP, not PCP. Can I still claim?
Yes. Hire purchase sits inside the scheme on the same terms as PCP, and the HP finance claim page covers HP deals with every lender.
Is Black Horse challenging the scheme?
No. Neither Black Horse nor Lloyds Banking Group is among the four challengers listed by the FCA.
When will Black Horse pay?
Not before the Upper Tribunal rules, because lenders need not calculate or pay redress while the suspension lasts.
