Volkswagen Finance Claim
Volkswagen finance claim estimates for VWFS agreements on Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, CUPRA and the other Group brands come straight from the FCA's redress method. Volkswagen Financial Services is one of the four parties challenging the scheme, which affects timing, not your right to complain.
You can complain to Volkswagen Financial Services yourself for free. The FCA says you do not need a claims company or a law firm to take part in its scheme. Log it on the VWFS Motor Finance Commission Complaint Form.

Scheme status as of 15 October 2026: the Upper Tribunal has partly suspended the FCA scheme (PS26/3) since 1 July 2026 while it hears legal challenges. The hearing is listed for 16 to 26 February 2027. No scheme payments are expected before 2027.
Which Volkswagen Group cars count
VWFS lists nine brands: Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and CUPRA. Their PCP, hire purchase and conditional sale deals qualify inside the scheme window of 6 April 2007 to 1 November 2024 where commission was payable; contract hire does not.
Porsche is the exception for older deals. According to VWFS, Black Horse financed Porsche agreements made before 1 July 2010, so those complaints belong on the Black Horse PCP claim route.
VWFS and the legal challenge
VWFS says its challenge targets how unfairness and loss are found and how redress is calculated.
Franchised Volkswagen Group dealers tied to VWFS under visible shared branding fall within the FCA's captive-lender exception, so the tie alone is not a relevant arrangement (CONRED 5.2.20R). DCAs and high commission are unaffected, and the exception is itself under challenge.

VWFS acknowledges each complaint logged on its online form. It says you do not need a law firm or claims company, and warns that signing with several can mean several fees.
Questions go to commissionsqueries@vwfs.co.uk or 0800 912 3569, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; the FCA list of lenders confirms both. Email replies arrive from that address with a password-protected PDF.
The FCA has named two unauthorised websites, Volkswagen PCP Claims and Audi PCP Claims, that use VWFS trademarks without permission.
Questions VWFS customers ask
Are my Audi and Golf agreements assessed together?
No. VWFS contacts you separately about each agreement, so run one estimate per car.
When will VWFS pay?
Not yet. VWFS says it cannot calculate or pay compensation during the suspension. Its letters so far go to complainants whose review found no compensation due, as the rules still in force require.
